How to Play Callbreak
Callbreak is easy to learn and hard to master. Here are the rules used in Timepass Callbreak.
- Players & cards: 4 players, a standard 52-card deck, 13 cards each.
- Bidding: after looking at your cards, bid how many tricks you expect to win this round.
- Trump: spades are always trump - any spade beats any card of another suit.
- Following suit: you must follow the suit that was led. If you can't, you must play a spade if you have one; otherwise play any card.
- Winning a trick: the highest spade wins; if no spade was played, the highest card of the led suit wins. The winner leads the next trick.
- Scoring: win at least your bid and you score your bid (each extra trick adds 0.1). Win fewer and you lose points equal to your bid.
- Winner: after the last round (3 or 5), the player - or team in Partnership mode - with the highest total wins.

How do I play Callbreak with friends?
Open Friends, tap Create Room and share the 8-digit room code or invite link. Friends tap the link or enter the code under Join Room to sit at your table. Empty seats can be filled with bots.
What are the basic rules of Callbreak?
Callbreak is a trick-taking card game for 4 players with a 52-card deck. Each player gets 13 cards and bids how many tricks they will win. Spades are always trump. You must follow the led suit if you can; otherwise you must play a spade if you have one. Meet your bid to score it, miss it and you lose that many points. See How to Play for details.
What is Partnership mode?
In Partnership mode the two players sitting opposite each other play as a team and their tricks count together. Normal mode is every player for themselves.
Can I play Callbreak offline?
Yes. Choose Bots to play against computer opponents without an internet connection. Online and Friends modes need internet.
What happens if my internet drops during an online game?
Timepass Callbreak reconnects you to the same table automatically when your connection comes back, and you can rejoin an interrupted game from the menu.
Is Timepass Callbreak available in Hindi or Bengali?
Yes. The game is available in English, Hindi and Bengali. You can change the language from Settings.
